Allyson Tolentino, MSc ABA, QBA®, IBA, SpEd LPT

Founder, CEO & Clinical Director

With over 10 years of international experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Ms. Allyson Tolentino has worked in the United Arab Emirates and the United States, supporting children, families, and ABA professionals in diverse settings.

She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Russell Sage College in New York, with professional experience in clinical supervision, ABA program development, behavioral intervention, and professional training.

Through Arkyn Behavioral Therapy Center, Ms. Allyson is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based services for children while helping develop competent and compassionate ABA professionals.

A Message from Our CEO

Welcome to Arkyn Behavioral Therapy Center.

I founded Arkyn with a vision of creating a place where children can receive quality, individualized support, families feel understood and supported, and professionals have the opportunity to grow and develop in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Throughout my career, I have learned that every child is different. Each child has their own strengths, abilities, learning style, and needs. This is why I strongly believe that effective intervention should never follow a one-size-fits-all approach.

At Arkyn, we begin by understanding the child. Through assessment, we identify their strengths and areas of need, allowing us to develop appropriate goals, intervention strategies, and recommendations that are truly individualized. Our focus is not simply on changing behavior, but on teaching meaningful skills that can help children communicate, learn, participate, become more independent, and succeed in their everyday lives.

I also believe that families play an essential role in a child's progress. Therapy should not only happen within the center. We want to work together with parents and caregivers so that the skills children learn can become part of their everyday lives at home, in school, and in the community.

Beyond providing services to children, Arkyn also reflects my passion for developing the next generation of ABA professionals. Through our QBA®, QASP-S®, and ABAT® training courses, as well as professional supervision, we aim to help aspiring and practicing professionals build the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation needed to provide quality behavioral services.

My vision for Arkyn is to build more than just a therapy center. I want it to be a place where children are empowered, families are supported, and professionals are developed.

Every milestone matters. Whether it is a child's first meaningful communication, following an instruction, learning a new skill, participating in play, or becoming more independent, every step forward deserves to be recognized and celebrated.
