ABA Assessment

An ABA Assessment is the first step in developing an individualized therapy program. It helps our clinical team understand your child's strengths, developmental needs, and areas requiring support. The assessment is essential because it guides the recommended therapy goals, treatment strategies, and number of therapy hours based on your child's unique needs.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy is an evidence-based intervention that helps children develop meaningful skills while improving their independence and overall quality of life. At Arkyn Behavioral Therapy Center, all therapy sessions are conducted on a one-on-one basis, allowing each child to receive individualized attention and teaching strategies tailored to their unique learning needs.

Every therapy program is developed based on the results of the ABA Assessment, ensuring that treatment goals, intervention strategies, and the recommended number of therapy hours are personalized for each child. Therapy focuses on developing communication, social interaction, learning readiness, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and positive behaviors that support success at home, in school, and within the community. Progress is continuously monitored, and treatment plans are adjusted as your child grows and achieves new milestones.

Play Therapy

Play is one of the most effective ways children learn. Our Play Therapy sessions encourage communication, social interaction, emotional expression, creativity, problem-solving, and confidence through structured and therapeutic play activities in a supportive environment.

Special Education (SPED) Sessions

Our SPED sessions provide individualized educational support to help children strengthen their academic, cognitive, communication, and functional learning skills. Sessions are designed to improve participation, classroom readiness, independence, and overall learning while adapting to each child's unique abilities and pace.

QBA®, QASP-S® & ABAT® Training Courses

Our professional ABA training courses are designed for individuals at different stages of their Applied Behavior Analysis career—from those beginning as ABA practitioners to professionals pursuing advanced credentials. Training is led by Ms. Allyson Tolentino, MSc ABA, QBA, IBA, SpEd LPT, an experienced ABA professional with international experience in the field. Through structured, evidence-based training, participants develop the knowledge, practical skills, and ethical foundation needed to provide quality behavioral services and progress toward ABAT®, QASP-S®, or QBA® certification, depending on their chosen pathway and eligibility requirements.
